Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Fontify – Stylish Fonts app ("Fontify", "the app") handles, on Android and iOS. Fontify is made by the developer of Fontify ("we", "us"), Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
The short version
- Fontify has no accounts and no sign-in, and we run no server that receives your data.
- The text you type, your favorites and your settings stay on your phone.
- Free users see ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device data to show and measure those ads.
- If you allow notifications, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers our occasional announcements.
Information that stays on your device
The text you type, your favorite styles, your settings (theme, haptics, chosen keyboard font), your keyboard draft, and the fonts you unlocked for 24 hours by watching an ad are saved only in the app's storage on your phone. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Clipboard: Fontify writes to your clipboard only when you tap copy, and reads it only when you tap a Paste button. It never reads your clipboard in the background or sends it anywhere.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows banner, full-screen and optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, if you allow it),
- IP address and approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version),
- ad interactions (views, taps, whether a rewarded ad was watched to the end).
Your choices: in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent with Google's consent form before showing ads; if you don't agree, only non-personalized ads are shown. On iPhone, the app asks for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency); if you decline, your IDFA is not shared. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your phone's settings.
Pro users see no ads, and the app does not load ads for them.

Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
Fontify asks once whether you want notifications. If you allow them, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging creates a device token and a Firebase installation ID so that we can send occasional announcements, such as new fonts. We do not link these to your name or to anything you type. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings. Learn more: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Purchases
If you buy Fontify Pro, the payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card or payment details.
Children
Fontify is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention and deletion
Data stored on your device stays until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Data collected by Google for ads and notifications is kept and deleted according to Google's policies linked above. To ask a question or make a request about your data, contact us below.
Security
Because your text and settings never leave your device through us, there is no copy of them on our side to leak. Data sent to Google is sent over encrypted connections.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
